With Bob Cicherillo on the microphone the 2013 Masters Olympia press conference was underway on Thursday afternoon in the luxurious Intercontinental hotel. Last year's World Masters winner and former Mr. Olympia Dexter Jackson was the center piece of discussion as the favorite to take the title again this year. Other notable challengers and legends of the sport of another sort also fielded questions from the press. Tricky Jackson and Ed Nunn recognized Jackson and Toney Freeman as early guides in their careers that they were pleased to be competing against this weekend in Miami. The concensus from the competitors was that this was a precious opportunity to compete amongst many of the best that bodybuilding has to offer at the return of the Masters Olympia.
