When Trenbolone Harms the Kidney

Q: Why is trenbolone so commonly associated with kidney harm?

A: Because it majorly affects systemic blood pressure that harms the glomerulus progressively. Glomerulus is the filter that the kidney has and where blood is transformed into urine. It is very sensitive to blood pressure and any compound that is responsible for increasing it (stimulants, for instance). Through the years, the glomerulus becomes harder and eventually the focal segmental glomerulosclerosis is established. Meaning the filter in unable to filter substances and proteins pass through it (proteinuria) and get wasted. This is a classical symptom in urinalysis, where protein traces should be found instead under normal conditions.
