New Facts About Titus Case Revealed On Muscle Radio!

When true crime author of the new book "Fire in the Desert" and Las Vegas Review Journal writer Glenn Puit appeared on Muscle Radio this week, he revealed several facts about the case that have not been publicized before now. Here's a few excerpts from the interview:

  • When the police went to Craig and Kelly's home just hours after the murder, they (the police) thought that it was Kelly's body in the trunk of the car.

  • Murder For Hire Plot

o       Glenn feels that the strongest fact currently connecting Craig to the plot is the timing of the phone calls between Craig and Brady (the individual who was arrested for the solicitation of the three murders) in relation to when Brady has meetings on the outside concerning hiring the hitman;

o       The evidence in the case can certainly lead one to the opinion that Dean Cassim, the inmate who was telling Brady that he could have the murders done, was often the aggressor in getting the deal with Brady completed. Could this lead to a potential entrapment defense?

o       The original target of the murder for hire was clearly Anthony Gross. Just after a report of Glenn's appeared in the Review Journal summarizing the damaging testimony of Megan Pierson Foley, Megan and her husband, Jeremy, were added to the "hit" list.

o       According to Craig's attorney, Mark Sagesse, the police have already had a lengthy meeting with Brady after his arrest, leading to speculation that they may be trying to get him to flip.

  • Anthony Gross does not presently have a plea agreement with prosecutor's to testify and his attorney just filed a motion to sever his trial so that he is tried separately for his crimes instead of being tried along with Craig and Kelly. The motion will be heard on November 7th.
