Canadians Take It International
So as you can see the 2014 Ontario Championships was off the charts. It brought forth some of the biggest mass monsters as well as some amazing conditioned physiques. Some of the champions from the Ontario competition went on to represent Canada at the Amateur Olympia on June 14th and 15th in Acapulco, Mexico. The Men’s Physique Overall Champion Darnell Williams competed there and placed first with only one point separating him from winning the Overall Amateur Olympia. Our Heavyweight Ontario Champion Hassan Jamma also went onto compete at the Amateur Olympia and placed second in his class. Now the showstopper of the competition was none other than Iain Valliere who was the Ontario Champion in the Super Heavy Weight division. He went on to compete in Mexico and dominated his class. If that wasn’t enough he then went on to win the Overall as well. This earned him his IFBB Pro Card making him Canada’s newest Pro bodybuilder. Congratulations to Iain and all the other competitors who represented Canada.
