PJ Braun Leg Workout - #BeatPJ

 

It's leg training day for PJ Braun and he hits it hard and fast with a lot of volume. A little different from his competition training, PJ is wokring hamstrings and quads the same day - getting vascular and really fueling the pump and burn. He takes us through the how and why for each intense exercise including unilateral training to rectify imbalances. Focusing on building the quad, he stimulates the sweep with range of motion, foot position and internal rotation of the hip.
