PJ Braun's Shoulder Workout - Beat PJ Contest

 

PJ Braun is back to train Shoulders in a fast-paced 45 minute workout. He explains every exercise chosen and why he does it. Due to his extensive shoulder injury, PJ does alot of warmups - especially for the posterior delt which has never been good and is where he has the most pain.

As he takes us through a series of exercises, PJ offers tips for hand placement, number of sets, safer ways to do delt exercises and how to avoid injury.
