I made it back to the gym this week for the first full workout since my surgery on December fifth. I started with biceps and triceps for my first workout followed by shoulders for the next one. It felt good to be back!

I lost a little bit of strength and stamina in the six weeks off but it will come back fast. I got to try out the new training belt that my wife had made for me as a Christmas present - it was a great gift!
