Steve Kuclo Blog 10 Weeks Out from Pro Debut
I just got back from a crazy weekend at the West Texas Classic where I was guest posing! I had a great time there. Thanks to everybody who came out!
A guy I helped prep ended up winning the middles and the overall. What’s really crazy is that he got married that weekend too! Can you imagine what a great weekend he had? A big congratulations to Scott Sinclair and his lovely bride!
Of course, all that excitement took place just one week after the Arnold! What a great weekend that was! I was especially excited to receive my new King Snake t-shirts! Everyone seemed to enjoy the design, and so did I. Evogen got new shirts as well, so I made a quick change a time or two…or three…or four!
It was great seeing Team MD guys rule the house at finals! And of course, I have to give a big shout out to Adela for winning…again! I’ll be guest posing at her show this summer. Looking forward to it already!
My cousin Herman, who usually makes it to all my shows, got to hang out with me at the Evogen Booth at the Arnold Expo. Of course, I gave him a shirt! Always love spending time with my family!
Prep is going well. I’m now at ten weeks out from my Pro Debut. My weight is in the low 280’s, which is right where we want it. My conditioning is where it needs to be, too. A big thing Hany and I are working on is staying full and growing into the show.
I’m always glad for the opportunity to guest pose. It's good chance to see what you look like on stage and under stage lighting. This past weekend in West Texas I was able to see some changes and improvements since my last time guest posing. And, of course, that’s always nice.
I’ve got so many things coming up! In a little less than two weeks, I’ll be in California for Jon Lindsay’s Governor’s Cup. Jon always puts on a great show. I’m really looking forward to that. Following that, I’ll be back in Texas for Brian Dobson’s Ronnie Coleman Classic! Be sure to come out to that if you’re in the area. I’ll be guest posing and doing a few interviews for MD!
I’ll be back in a few days with more!
Until next time!
