Hey, MD! I get a lot of questions about what a day at work is like, and how I can diet and train working 24 hours shifts. I thought I'd show you what a day at work can be like.

We had a fire yesterday on the first floor of an apartment. Obviously, when emergencies happen, we stop everything and do the job at hand. We got the fire out, and no one was hurt. When things like this happen, you don't think about diet or training, you just do your job. I'll share some more pictures from work along the way to show you how I can fit diet and training in with a demanding job.
