Poor blood vessel health is the main reason for most erection problems in aging men. The cells lining the arteries (endothelial cells) have trouble making nitric oxide, which regulates blood flow to the penis and tissues throughout the body. Turkish scientists, in a study on rats and humans, showed that swimming for 30 minutes, five days per week increased blood vessel health, nitric oxide production, and testosterone levels. Exercise was more effective in young animals than in old ones. Exercise is nature's Viagra. It increases blood vessel control in the penis, while decreasing body fat, boosting sexual vitality, and enhancing self-confidence, which will make you a lion in the bedroom.
