Victor Martinez Week - Day Four

Rodney Roller was able to get a sneak peak at Oscar Ardon training Victor Martinez six weeks out from the 2011 Arnold Classic. Victor says he always thought about working with Oscar but the timing was never right. He felt that he needed a coach who could look at him everyday instead of sending pictures by mail to other coaches.

Ardon thinks that Victor is one of the hardest working bodybuilders he has ever trained and goes above and beyond what he is told to do. Ardon says that Martinez being labeled as "not a hard working bodybuilder" is certainly a myth as he talks about the level of dedication the 2007 champion has put into this 2011 Arnold prep. Ardon feels that Martinez needs to bring in a shredded conditioning that he has never been able to do previously.
