Major Distraction: Ashley Kaltwasser Back by Popular Demand

Three-time Ms. Olympia Bikini and IFBB Pro Ashley Kaltwasser is one of the fittest women on the planet, and her appearances on and in Muscular Development media always causes a testosterone tremor among our followers. So fellas, get ready for another tremor!

Ashley was born in Akron, Ohio, where she still resides. It’s fitting that our delectable subject comes from the Buckeye state because bucks everywhere can’t take their eyes off her.

As a youngster Ashley was a keen gymnast before progressing to track and field and she still holds her school record for the 400 meters.

Ashley entered here first bikini contest in 2011 and two years later won the first of her three Bikini Olympia titles.

Standing 5’5” Ashley competes at a bodyweight of around 122 pounds and never goes more than four of five pounds above that weight.
