This is how it all unfolded last night:

After Cedric McMillan missed the mandatory athlete's meeting, head judge Lee Thompson stated that "as it stands now, unless the promoter requests otherwise" Cedric is out!

Cedric confirmed: "Last word from Lee is DQ plus fine."

During the athlete's meeting, when passing out the badges, Thompson called Cedric´s name. When there was no answer, the head judge announced that if Ced was not there in 15 minutes, he would get the DQ. Approximately 30 to 40 minutes later Cedric showed up.

Evidently, Cedric's guru Chris Aceto was trying to find the athlete meeting to tell them Cedric was on the way and many were texting Cedric to tell him he was needed. But to no avail.

Lee Thompson says McMillan is out and did not give him a number. However, the promoter could request that he competes. According to a source, Cedric would have to apologize to Thompson to get his number.

If he was allowed to compete, our source says he will be fined heavily.
