With expectations heavy on Mark's shoulders, Mark kicked ass at the 2009 USAs by winning the Heavyweight Class and Overall.

Teaming up with Hany Rambod, Mark cruised into the prejudging with some great conditioning but come the Saturday evening show, Mark just blew everyone away with an improved, dry and striated physique.
