OLYMPIA14212 prejudge report

TRIPLE FLEX?

212 Olympia Showdown Prejudging Report

As the prejudging of the 212 showdown drew to a close this afternoon (September 20) It surely looks like Flex Lewis was flexing his way to a third title. He was superbly detailed with crazy hanging hams and the back double biceps mass, separation and contours of a 240 pound guy.

Pushing him hard and overtaking him on condition in many areas was Eduardo Correra, who was so sliced he looked like he had been attacked by a knife-wielding maniac. However he lacked the mass and shape of the Welsh champion.

Seemingly in third is the Boston, Mass, Jose Raymond, with a philosophy that said, "You want muscle, howdya like these apples." He was packed with in your face muscle.

Aaron Clark is pushing Jose hard exhibiting lots of muscle with a more flowing look to it than we've seen previously. Personally I was surprised that Guy Cisternino didn't come under top four consideration. Former champ David Henry seemed to lack a little leg mass which seemed to consign him to a place out of the top six.

Only 50% of the marks are awarded at the prejudging, with the remainder being awarded at the evening finals, so in reality we are only at half time. Watch this space.

The finals of the Mr. Olympia 212 and Figure classes takes place tonight (September  20) at 7.00pm PST. Stay tuned to musculardevelopment.com for live play by play and video wrap ups charting the destiny of the Olympia titles up for grabs this year.
