Muscle Growing Meatloaf Nutrition Facts

Ingredients

2lbs extra-lean ground beef

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1 egg

1/3 cup of A-1 sauce

1/2 diced onion

1/2 diced bell pepper, any color

1/2 cup of skim milk

1 cup stuffing mix

1/2 teaspoon of salt

 

Directions

Step 1.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat loaf pan with Pam Spray

 

Step 2.)
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Save half of the A-1 sauce to put on top if the meat loaf once it's placed in the cooking pan

 

Step 3.)
Pack meatloaf into the pan, cover the top of it with the remaining A-1 sauce, then bake in oven for one hour.
