Ingredients
2lbs extra-lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 egg
1/3 cup of A-1 sauce
1/2 diced onion
1/2 diced bell pepper, any color
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 cup stuffing mix
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Step 1.)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat loaf pan with Pam Spray
- Step 2.)
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Save half of the A-1 sauce to put on top if the meat loaf once it's placed in the cooking pan
- Step 3.)
- Pack meatloaf into the pan, cover the top of it with the remaining A-1 sauce, then bake in oven for one hour.
