Combat Protein Pancake Nutrition Facts

Protein-               32g

Carbohydrates-   19g

Calories-             238

Fat-                    4g

Per Serving ( makes 2 servings)

 

Ingredients

2 scoops of MusclePharm Vanilla Combat Protein Powder

1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 cup of oats

1 tsp of baking powder

2 egg whites

 

Directions

Step 1.)
Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until consistency is similar to pancake batter
Step 2.)
Preheat a pan over medium heat, then spray pan with non-stick spray.
Step 3.)
Place mix into pan and cook both sides until mix is fully cooked through. You can test with a toothpick
