Ingredients

1.5lbs of Flank Steak

1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp sesame seeds

1/4 cup chopped scallions

 

Directions

Step 1)
Combine all ingredients except flank steak in a mixing bowl.

 

Step 2)
Put mixed ingredients, along with flank steak, in a ziplock bag to marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.

 

Step 3)
Heat grill to high heat, cook flank steak for 4-5 minutes per side.
