Ingredients
1.5lbs of Flank Steak
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup chopped scallions
Directions
- Step 1)
- Combine all ingredients except flank steak in a mixing bowl.
- Step 2)
- Put mixed ingredients, along with flank steak, in a ziplock bag to marinade in the fridge for 30 minutes.
