Albacore Patties

Per Serving (Makes 2 servings)
Ingredients
- 2 cans of albacore tuna in water (drained)
- 1 tbs avocado oil
- 1 tsb old bay seasoning
- 1 tbs sun dried tomatoes
Directions
- Step 1)
- Heat skillet over medium/high heat. Add avocado oil to skillet, drain albacore and place in skillet.
- Step 2)
- While albacore is cooking, add old bay seasoning to each side as you flip and cook.
- Step 3)
- After cooking each side for 3-4 minutes, add sun dried tomatoes to the pan and turn heat to low.
- Step 4)
- Let all ingredients cook for another 2-3 minutes as oil from sun dried tomatoes cooks into the albacore.
