Healthy Recipes: Albacore Patties

Sports nutrition giant MusclePharm has put together some healthy recipes that are bodybuilding friendly & still delicious. The first recipe we'll be covering is Albacore Patties. We'll tell you what's in them, how to prepare them & the nutrition facts so you can keep track of your macros.

Albacore Patties

Protein:                 41g

Carbohydrates:    13g

Calories:                302g

Fat:                         14g

Per Serving (Makes 2 servings)

Ingredients

2 cans of albacore tuna in water (drained)
1 tbs avocado oil
1 tsb old bay seasoning
1 tbs sun dried tomatoes

Directions

Step 1)
Heat skillet over medium/high heat. Add avocado oil to skillet, drain albacore and place in skillet.

 

Step 2)
While albacore is cooking, add old bay seasoning to each side as you flip and cook.

 

Step 3)
After cooking each side for 3-4 minutes, add sun dried tomatoes to the pan and turn heat to low.

 

Step 4)
Let all ingredients cook for another 2-3 minutes as oil from sun dried tomatoes cooks into the albacore.
